What are your exchange and return policies?

If you are not satisfied, you can return the plaque within 30 days. We will refund you the full amount without any risk or further questions. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to pay for the goods.

Please request a return via the email. You are responsible for returns to Monotechs from outside the EU and associated costs.

We are currently unable to offer exchanges. Please return your item(s) to us and place a new order.

How do I best care for my Photostone?

Your Photostone will be properly packed before shipping.

  • If you need to clean your Photostone, use a soft cloth and warm water (and a mild soap if necessary) to clean the outside.
  • Do not use abrasive cloths, harsh cleaners, vinegar-based solutions, disinfectants, petroleum distillates, solvents or thinners.
  • To clean the lining, wipe it with a damp cloth and use a mild soap to remove stains if necessary.
  • Remove excess moisture with a fresh towel.
